Q&A: Will the 4% employer contribution rate be effective for represented employees even if they will not have their 2% less $19 redirected to the pension plan at this time?

The employer contribution of 4% began effective April 15 for all UCRP members, including any represented employees for whom there has been no agreement with their union regarding the restart of employee contributions.
